Industry Mentorship Program Application Form

Applications for the Rutgers SWE Industry Mentorship Program are now open! The main goal of this program is to promote professional development, networking opportunities, and strengthening of leadership and soft skills in students with the guidance of a mentor in industry (generally Rutgers SWE alumni!). The main requirement for mentees is to have monthly meetings during the fall and spring semesters with their mentors, as well as attending additional virtual professional workshops. Aside from IMP Kickoff, IMP will remain virtual.
